101 posts for Us Witches 3.....WOW! In honor, I will have some cookies tonight - what the hell, I was going to anyway but now I have a reason ;) Maybe the calories won't count. Anyway, today was Hell Day here at the Witch Family Home and those closest to us know why. Hey, Mama Witch is a pretty open gal but....some things are best left under wraps. Anyway, just know that these Witches have learned a life lesson and are going to do some major fixing upping on some issues - there, 'nuff said! Did anyone waste their time listening to "G Dubya" (the President) spew forth more lies and deciet to the American public? I sure as hell didn't! I see all he has done for us everytime we go to a gas station, buy groceries, pay taxes or have to hear a heart wrenching story of someone burying their brave loved one coming home from the Middle East in a coffin. Let's get this scumbag out of office, deport HIM (to make room for all of the illegal aliens he is so happy to lay down the welcome mat for), bring our troops back home and get some positive things going on around here. Let's NOT give multi-jillion dollar corporations and those with insane personal wealth MORE money to buy ANOTHER Bentley and GET A DEMOCRAT IN OFFICE! Let's get the ball rolling on health care for EVERYONE, let's stop this disgusting display of church politicking and give EVERY child of EVERY faith an equal education - no faith based initiatives for religious schools! That is a luxury not a necessity - you want it, pay for it! Let's get a wheel of respect turning for every person of every walk of life, of every faith (or of none at all) and stop this corporate driven, money hungry conservative bullshit! So now that I have calmly expressed my views...ahem....I have some amazing news! My dear friend Trish (she lives in Santa Barbara, CA) is comming to the area to see me in June! I cannot wait. She is an amazing woman and a very dear friend. She is witty, caring and has taught me almost everything I know about herbs and tinctures. Jim and I had debated the possibility (if the finances are agreeable) of spending a night or two at a B&B in Lillydale - I know a lot of people who have shops and live there so I could get us a great deal - so Trish would join us! I am so stoked for this! I have so many things planned - having her sample Buffalo Wings (can you believe she has never had one??????? Isn't that a crime?), see the Falls, head down to Elmwood....Anyone else think of a good idea, let me know! Also, my friend Lisa (one of my Spiritual Advisors) is planning a day treip up here this summer w/her English Bulldog, 13 year old Nigel....that'll be a blast! Of course, Jim could not care less - he only wants to see Nigel ;) I'm pretty stoked about that, too!
