The Witch Family In Court.....

So...It's all over now! Yesterday was probably the longest day I have had in awhile. We left here by about 10am to get Wee Witch to IVIG, got her admitted and all set up by about 10:30, ate lunch and then headed over to court. We definitely knew we were stangers in a different land (or at least the judges parking area) when we found Yukon, after Lexus, after BMW......yes, our dear little Hyundai and it's Witchy passengers were cast to the upper levels no where NEAR the elevators or humanity! I never knew that your status closest to the elevator represented you importance in the incarnation - the "reserved for" spots were BEFORE the handicapped!!! SO by the time we trekked the great tundra and met up with our lawyer, it was about noon so we had a chance to over our paperwork and then we just had to wait for our turn w/the trustee (to give you a hit, the man was a roly poly as...well...us!...instead of a breif case carried a canvas Save A Lot bag, and wore pants that looked that they were purchased at the long defunct Hens and Kellys - my fears were instantly dissapated :) So we waited until our turn ( about 12:45) and then we went up to to the table, reaffirmed what we had already told our lawyer, showed our photo ideas and DONE!!!! So we said good bye to our lawyer, Mama Witch stopped of at her favorite haunt for a celebratory piece of jewlery (only $20!) and then we returned to a sleeping Wee Witch at Children's and that was that! Afterwards we stopped by my inlaws for dinner and a visit and then went to Ashley's School Book Fair (she got a Hannah Montana book and a spy kit...) and they had a craft and refrement table so we finally GOT HOME AT 8:30PM. Ugh! Coffee time. Just as an aside, please keep my sister in law in your prayers as she will be having her gallbladder removed on 11/30 and we are still awaiting the results of the abnormalitites in my brother in law's blood work from his recent illness - when it rains it pours! Gotta go make some coffee...
