A Papa Witch EXCLUSIVE: Androgynous Dressing (as told to Mama Witch)

You know...my mom was telling me a story a few weeks ago about how her family used to go shopping once a week at a plaza that had a grocery store, a five and dime (and no, I don't mean marijuana - 5 and 10 CENT ITEMS!), a few other shops and a women's boutique that specialized in selling those little "boxy" type hats women used to wear to Church along with costume jewelery, blouses, skirts, etc...A women's boutique in every sense! It seems like such a foreign concept nowadays with stores like Aeropostale, Hollister, Pac Sun, and others. When Papa Witch walks into these stores, he genuinely doesn't know which way to go - I mean, on the left there ARE yellow and pink shirts so that must be for the girls right? So...why are they next to men's cologne and ties? Ohhh, there are some darker color tops, ok, this is it - next to denim mini skirts? What the hell? This genuinely confuses my dear Papa Witch. You see, he is Old Skool - when men dressed like - "kick your ass" men so this yellow sweater and paisley undershirt w/ oatmeal colored dress pants is as foreign to him as eyebrow tweasers. And a man wear pink? Well, Papa Witch just can't grasp! Another thing is that every store has a "signature scent" - Hollister is the freakin WORST! We honestly thought it was bug spray - like an outdoor, ambiance sorta thing - that cost a trillion dollars a bottle! So, I asked Papa Witch were he would shop... he contendly replied that he was happy with his MALE bargain finds, Casual Male every 2 years or so, and T's from AJ Wright from the MENS DEPARTMENT! Ok - I got the hint. And as far as perfume/cologne for all? That is the thing of Papa Witch nightmares! So, that's about it from this very exclusive report from our loved Papa Witch. He is ALL MAN! By the way...as an aside, if you ever looking for a good movie, Mama and Papa Witch recommend Riot (1997) - 5 stars and very thought provoking! OK, dinner time.......Bright Blessings :) Myspace Graphics Myspace Graphics
